Outdoor Voices has announced their expansion into the Canadian market. As of today, the American athleisure brand will offer online shipping to Canada for a flat fee of $25, which covers duties (a.k.a prevents you from receiving an additional bill to pay when the package arrives at your door). Returns will also be $25 and deducted from the cost of the returned item; duties and taxes paid will not be refunded. New customers can score $10 off purchases of $100 or more. Pricing on the website is listed in USD.

The retailer has 11 brick-and-mortar locations across the U.S. in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Georgetown, Nashville, San Francisco, NYC and Los Angeles. There are currently no plans for a Canadian store, according to the brand.

Outdoor Voices, which launched in 2014 by then twenty-something Parsons grad Ty Haney, was heralded as the next Lululemon before encountering financial problems. Earlier this year, Haney stepped down as CEO reportedly due to disputes with chairman Mickey Drexler, (formerly of Gap and J.Crew), but remains on the board.
