Today, makeup legend Pat McGrath announced an upcoming lipstick collaboration with streetwear label Supreme New York. And like everything else marked with the iconic box logo, the exclusive drop is guaranteed to sell out in minutes.

In a series of Instagram posts, McGrath announced the launch of the collaboration with some visually enticing clips that capture the NYC skateboard culture from which Supreme emerged. “Mother” (as she is known to her fans) McGrath also peppered the teasers with words from literary and pop culture figures like Andy Warhol, Oscar Wilde and F. Scott Fitzgerald to paint a picture of vintage glamour that goes hand-in-hand with the lipstick’s fire-engine red hue.

The shade, exclusively developed for Supreme, is described as a “hyper-pigmented matte lipstick” and is packaged in McGrath’s signature tube detailed with gilded lips, embellished with Supreme’s quintessential red-and-white logo.

Although a set launch date hasn’t been announced, we caught one of the filtered IG clips McGrath posted stamped with the date “9/10/20” – a potential source for speculation. The lipstick will be available exclusively on Supreme’s website. Eager hypebeasts can sign up for updates on PatMcGrath.com.
