Zendaya is not an Oscar nominee tonight, but the Academy Awards found a way to get her and her scene-stealing style on the red carpet. The Dune: Part Two actress will be presenting during the show. She recognized the gravity of the occasion in her outfit choice, wearing a pink Armani Privé column dress adorned with palm trees. Her hair was styled down with soft waves.

Zendaya last attended the Oscars in 2022. She wore a dramatic silver skirt with a tiny white crop top by Valentino Couture.

It is unclear with whom Zendaya is presenting on stage, but it’s worth noting that her Dune: Part Two co-star Anya Taylor-Joy is also a presenter. They could be paired together.

Dune: Part Two just hit theaters, making it eligible for next year’s Academy Awards. Zendaya spoke about her willingness to do a third film for the series in January.

“Would we be down? I mean of course,” said Zendaya, who plays Chani in the series. “Any time Denis [Villeneuve, the film series’ director] calls it’s a yes from me. I’m excited to see what happens. I started Messiah [the second Dune book] and I was like, ‘Woah, I’m only shooting the first movie. Let me just go back to the first one.’ It’s so much to take in, but there’s no better hands with better care and love for it than Denis.”

“I’m just excited to see…It’s just anticipation,” Zendaya said of the series’ next film. “Whenever he is ready. He’s a perfectionist in many ways and doesn’t want to share things until they’re ready. So I’m respecting that and waiting until he’s ready [to share the script].”
