The royal couple were seen leaving Kensington Palace to attend Prince Charles’ 70th birthday party last night at Buckingham Palace, and although we only get a glimpse of Kate Middleton through the car window, her look for the evening was a statement and a half. 

She wore glittering diamond drop earrings along with a one-shouldered ruffled pink dress for one of her most glamorous party outfits yet. The Duchess of Cambridge completed the look with an elegant up-do and some gleaming highlight. 

They joined a number of royal guests for the birthday bash including Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark, King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia of Spain, and of course, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. 

The next day, Kate turned heads again in a stunning Emilia Wickstead turquoise pleated dress during a visit to the BBC with Prince William to mark Anti-Bullying Week.
