It’s the holiday season and that could only mean one thing: mid-week, mid-afternoon festive cocktails are totally appropriate this time of year. Tuesday, is that you? CHEERS! So we’ve dusted up on our bartending skills to test out some of our favourite cocktail recipes this year and will be posting our best creations every Thursday throughout December. First up, a fruity blend of Moët and cognac-soaked pomegranate seeds courtesy of our bartender du jour/associate editor Alannah O’Neill. (Just don’t let the fruity pink colour fool you – this packs a boozy punch.) Fill a container of pomegranate seeds to the brim with cognac, let soak in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Spoon into a chilled champagne flute.
