The Nobel Prize-winning discovery of aquaporins-protein membranes that act as water channels in the body-inspired P&G scientists to launch Aquacurrent Science, a new line of cosmetics, skin and hair products that channel moisture. “With hair care, it’s about managing the flow of water in and out of the hair,” explains P&G Beauty scientist Teca Gillespie. “Our new formulations help prevent moisture from entering your hair and frizzing it.” NOREEN FLANAGAN
