Punk is back and there’s no better way to incorporate it into your spring wardrobe than to mess up your hair. I got inspiration from the Jean Paul Gaultier runway (mind you, they were wearing wigs) and asked
celebrity hairstylist Harry Josh for his tips on how to add some funky edge to your typical

Harry’s punk-rock hair tips:
Short hair: A good cut is key in giving short hair a punk edge. Razor cuts are best in achieving this look. Model Agyness Deyn is a perfect example of this.
Medium hair: To give medium hair a
punk edge, less is really more. For those with straight to wavy texture air drying will be best in achieving this style and always remember your hair will look best after being slept on. If you have a bit more curl and body in your hair I would try to wash your hair at night and give it a really good blow dry before going to bed this way when you wake up your hair will have the perfect bed head texture that everyone loves.
