Most of the time,
Kate Middleton’s "engagements" are approximately an 11 on the scale of boring to major snoozefest. Not today: The Duchess of Cambridge got to hang out (and eat chocolate cake!) at one of our favourite places on earth. And judging by the fact that usually extremely punctual Kate left 30 minutes later than scheduled, she had a ball too.
