Happy Commonwealth Day, everyone! If you didn’t celebrate this holiday until now, get with it, since it is a joyous occasion that has brought with it a new
Kate Middleton outfit, complete with crazy(ish) hat!
Kate, her bump, Wills and lots of people in sweet robes joined the celebrations at Westminster Abbey today.
Kate wore a very familiar seeming McQueen outfit (we’re convinced we’ve seen this before, but it may just be a very close facsimile of outfits she’s worn before…it’s very
George’s christening, crossed with that pink coat she wore to the Queen’s Jubilee, right?) And perhaps to distract us from this beautiful sameness, Kate popped a relatively daring chapeau on her head by Jane Taylor. It’s a bittersweet moment, friends, because this will be among Kate’s last public engagements before she withdraws from the world before baby #2 arrives. Stay strong.
