In these troubled and uncertain times, we all need to develop healthy ways to process the madness we see unfolding around us…and for the Duchess of Cambridge, that apparently involves art therapy. 

Prince William has previously mentioned his wife’s love of adult colouring books, so it should come as no surprise to see Kate made a beeline for the craft table at an event in England today. 

With nary a though for her brand new Hobbs suit, Kate grabbed a paint brush and drew her feelings alongside a group of children doing the same.
