For the 5th anniversary of Michelle Obama’s "Let’s Move" campaign – an initiative that aims to end childhood obesity – Beyoncé has posted an Instagram video in which she is working out. And it’s set to Survivor’s "Eye of the Tiger." This is not a test. Her routine appears to be circuit training consisting of: some punches with weights, standing crunches, crunches with a medicine ball and lunges (two types, naturally).
