This is a fantastic year! You are a nester, and your home is important. In 2017, you have the best chance in over a decade to improve your home and real estate by building, buying or renting something better. Believe that you can do this. Your family life will also improve and perhaps expand. Work hard to prepare for acknowledgements and kudos in 2018.
