The next day involved some major good-girl-gone-grunge realness provided by 3.1 Phillip Lim's EPIC Spring/Summer 2013 runway collection! I loved everything from this collection - the layers, the textures, the clean lines, the details, and definitely those insanely cool cutout creeper shoes! Read on for more of Jay's NYFW highlights!

I got to the show a little bit earlier to shoot some street style and was lucky enough to catch one of the most stylish ladies in the game, Vogue Paris’ Geraldine Saglio, who is Emmanuelle Alt (the EIC’s) right-hand woman! She looked so casual and chic in a beautiful Givenchy skirt and casually rolled T-shirt - love her for her effortlessly cool style!

After all that madness, it was time to catch a cab and swing by the Grey Ant Sunglasses headquarters over in midtown to go check out some of their new collection pieces and peek in on a super-cool and exclusive photo-shoot they were doing with some cool cats!

It’s funny because I am trying so many new things this New York Fashion Week: first one is overdosing on gold accessories and colours! Usually I am always sticking to my blacks and whites, but look! What do we have here? Some colour!? Shocking! First up is this gorgeous gold Balmain belt I received from SSENSE just before I came out to New York for fashion week!

I also rocked this Givenchy T-shirt with a pair of my leather True Religion pants and magical black studded Docs that I can’t seem to take off!

The rest of the day was just a bunch of cab rides, meetings and bumping into familiar faces, which I definitely couldn’t believe how many times had happened! Stay tuned for more!
