ELLE Canada is giving one lucky reader two tickets to attend the fourth annual B.L.A.C.K. Ball on September 9th in Toronto, hosted by Scarborough-natives Stephan James and Shamier Anderson.

James is a Golden-Globe nominated actor (If Beale Street Could Talk, Homecoming) and was on the cover of ELLE Canada’s September issue, alongside model Winnie Harlow. Anderson was named as a Rising Star to watch at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival.

The two brothers founded Building a Legacy in Acting, Cinema and Knowledge (B.L.A.C.K) as a launchpad for the next generation of actors. The B.L.A.C.K. Ball connects specifically diverse talent to the industry to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships between future talent and the current titans. This is an invite-only, star-studded evening of excellence celebrating the next generation of filmmakers and artists. Complete with a red carpet and live entertainment, it is one of the most anticipated events during the Festival for actors, directors, producers, writers, and influential public figures.
