Creating a picturesque blend of sophistication and old-world allure, Isabelle Buettner, a talented project designer for Christopher Architecture, brought her artistic perspective to every facet of her wedding. She chose a deep autumn colour scheme and envisioned a romantic and timeless celebration that stayed true to the southern elegance of StoneWood Farms. Nestled amid the serene backdrop overlooking a lake, this French-château-inspired estate provided the perfect venue.
Isabelle graced the aisle in a pendulous draped symmetrical silk-wool bias-cut gown crafted by renowned New York bridal label Danielle Frankel. Inspired by the inherent beauty of bridalwear, Danielle Frankel seamlessly intertwines reverence for nostalgia and tradition with a progressive and forward-thinking perspective on contemporary dresses. The “Hazel” gown exudes sophistication and grace and was a testament to Isabelle’s impeccable taste and timeless style. Its beauty was complemented by hair and makeup provided by Asia Nicole. Isabelle and the entire bridal party looked stunning.
Capturing every fleeting moment with unparalleled expertise were Katrina and Jordan Abbott of The Olive Bungalow. With a portfolio steeped in editorial flair and a photojournalistic approach, they immortalized the essence of Isabelle and Jeffrey’s love, weaving together a tapestry of emotions that would stand the test of time.
Under the expert guidance of wedding planner Jenny Dansby of Threefold Events, the estate was transformed into a vision of opulence and charm. Glow Florals adorned the venue with rich fall hues, while Tea & Old Roses provided vintage English china, adding a touch of timeless southern elegance to the table settings.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, guests were treated to a culinary journey curated by Tre Luna Catering. The evening culminated with a stunning cake by Cakes by Alley, overlooking the lake. The evening was enhanced by the magical lighting design of Chesapeake Lighting Landscape, and the atmosphere was set with props and rentals from Event Works and PropHouse. Press Charming and After Press took meticulous care of the invites and printing.
With each detail carefully curated and every moment expertly captured, Isabelle and Jeffrey’s love story unfolded like a cherished heirloom—a testament to the timeless allure of romance. See more of their wedding from The Olive Bungalow.
