On Day 7 of Paris Fashion Week Fall 2015, our editors square off on who did the LWD (little white dress) best. fashion features editor Lisa Guimond’s vote is for Hermès (left), while associate fashion editor Charlotte Herrold  is all about that Saint Laurent (right).

Lisa’s favourite look: Hermès

Hermès is always one of my favourite shows, if only because the pieces emit a classic, timeless elegance. Less is often more! There’s something quite serene about the way this dress falls – its utter simplicity is quite alluring. Plus, it’ll pair well with some of the strong, structured coats from the collection (I’ve got my eye on the three–quarter suede number.)

Charlotte’s favourite look: Saint Laurent

Everything about this look reminds me of Courtney Love in her heyday: It’s total badass rocker chick chic – a little rough around the edges but ultimately super glamorous. And in it I’ve found my ultimate styling hack for Fall 2015: menswear-inspired blazer and a bejewelled brooch = instant outfit upgrade. Thanks, Hedi!
