It’s Pride Month! Show your love with these six collections that also give back to organizations supporting the LGBTQ community.

Nike BETRUE Collection

In 1978, political activist and designer Gilbert Baker created the rainbow Pride Flag and over 40 years later, the flag remains a global symbol of unity for the LGBTQ+ community. For this year’s BETRUE collection, Nike partnered with the Gilbert Baker Estate to bring back his original design (which includes pink and turquoise stripes) on footwear, apparel and accessories. Nike will also support more than 20 organizations through grants, including the Los Angeles LGBT Center, You Can Play and Campus Pride. The collection is available on nike.com and at select Nike stores.

Club Monaco

Club Monaco has partnered with the Stonewall Community Foundation for this year’s Pride capsule. In honour of the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots, half of the purchase price of the Pride sweatshirt, which features the company logo in a rainbow gradient, will go to supporting non-profits and funding scholarship programs. The collection is available on clubmonaco.ca and at Club Monaco’s Bloor Street, Queen Street and Eaton Centre stores.

Hunter

To celebrate Pride Month, Hunter launched a special-edition of their best-selling Play boot, a short black rainboot with a unique rainbow sole. In addition, the brand has partnered with five leaders in the LGBTQ+ community to support a charity of their choice, including London-based The Outside Project, the U.K.’s first LGBTQ+ crisis/homeless shelter and community centre. The boot is available on hunterboots.com and at Hunter stores.

Polo Ralph Lauren

This year, Polo Ralph Lauren released a five-piece Pride capsule collection featuring gender-neutral pieces for adults and children, which includes a graphic T-shirt, Polo shirt, hoodie, tote bag and baseball cap. The brand will donate a portion of the purchase price—100 percent of the graphic T-shirt and 50 percent from the rest of the capsule—to the Stonewall Community Foundation. The collection is available on ralphlauren.com and at select Ralph Lauren stores.

Reebok

In honour of Pride Month, Reebok released an updated version of its classic Club C 85 sneaker featuring rainbow-coloured stitching and the Pride Flag in place of the brand’s signature Union Jack. Graphic T-shirts and tank tops round out the capsule, which will see up to $50,000 donated to Fenway Health, a Boston-based health centre serving the LGBTQ+ community. The collection is available on reebok.ca

Levi’s

“Proud. Together.” Levi’s new Pride campaign celebrates the power of community. This year, they’ll donate 100 percent of the net proceeds from their new Pride collection to OutRight Action International, a non-profit working to advance human rights for LGBTQ+ people around the world. The capsule features a range of T-shirts, denim jackets and shorts, and accessories with different interpretations of the logo and Pride flag. The collection is available on levi.com.
