NYFW Spring 2014: The biggest stars from Day 7 of fashion week
I started my day off at the Michael Kors show at Lincoln Centre, and wasn’t surprised to see some of the
biggest stars of the week in the front row. Here’s Katie Holmes (who is ten times more beautiful in person) graciously posing for photographers.

How do you feel about the half-ponytail that Kate Mara is wearing?
Kate Mara, who stars in one of my current TV obsessions
House of Cards also popped up to see the collection. The Michael Kors show itself was one of my favourites of the season, filled with soft, romantic silhouettes and luxurious touches, like
fox fur chubbies and python detailing on dresses and accessories. Kors is one of the few designers who can be relied on to create incredibly wearable garments, season after season.
I was afraid to press my luck by taking a photo of Courtney Love, but I did manage to nab this shot. It’s no secret that the stars always make an appearance at Marchesa, in part to play nice with Harvey Weinstein. (His wife, Georgina Chapman, is the label’s co-designer.) But Courtney Love wasn’t exactly the type of celeb I was expecting to spot at the show. I can’t quite picture Love in any of Marchesa’s frilly gowns.
But the biggest star of New York Fashion Week has to be this bomb sniffing brown Lab dog, who can be seen on the runway of every show at the Lincoln Centre. Judging by the delighted reaction of all the fashion editors, dogs may start to pop up in editorials next season.
