Hmph, it’s Day Two of London Fashion Week and that lingering sore throat of mine has finally caught up with me and I’m forced to stay home in bed. Perhaps staying out a bit too late at the Braganza party after a long day of shows is what finally did me in? At least I can now catch up on some rest, snuggle up in bed and stay updated on the day’s events via Twitter and Style.com. What on earth would a girl do without these two wonderful websites!? So what are we seeing for SS11 so far? I’m seeing PRINTS! Whether it be in bright pastels or muted colours, prints and metallics dominated the Day Two runways. I absolutely loved the flower-power meets 70s glam goddesses that were sent down the runway at Topshop Unique. I can already see the flowing, printed chiffon maxis with thigh-high slits being a hit amongst glam party girls and fashion festival goers alike next year.
More Day Two trends after the jump!
