Have they gone too far?


J. Crew just recently released an advertisement that is causing a tsunami of criticism. Featuring J. Crew
designer Jenna Lyons and her son Beckett, Lyons is shown smiling and holding Beckett’s feet which are, incidentally, painted in pink
Essie for J. Crew nail polish. To add insult to proverbial injury, Lyons is quoted in the ad saying: "Lucky for me, I ended up with a boy whose favorite color is pink. Toenail painting is way more fun in neon."
