Canada Goose was among the 18 global brands tapped by Vetements to collaborate on their Spring 2017 collection, presented yesterday in Paris during Haute Couture Week (confusing, we know). The hugely popular outerwear brand created two custom jackets for the label. Both are riffs on classic styles: the Snow Mantra and the Macmillan. These deconstructed toppers will be available for purchase in November. “Vetements is a highly relevant brand in the fashion world right now and we’re happy to be working with them on this project – they’ve chosen to work with the best of the best! Every jacket we make is rooted in function, so it’s a fun departure to partner with a visionary designer to present his interpretation of some of our iconic pieces,” said Canada Goose CEO Dani Reiss. Just think of how cool you’d look riding the subway in one of these designer puffers.
