Public School designers Maxwell Osborne and Dao-Yi Chow at NYFW fall 2015.

DKNY

Public School’s Maxwell Osborne and Dao-Yi Chow’s first efforts as creative directors for DKNY (who tapped them to take the reins back in May) is one of the week’s most anticipated shows. Can DKNY gain back their street cred? One thing is for sure, the fashion industry loves a comeback story.

Alexander Wang

Alexander Wang’s first show following the announcement that he would be leaving Balenciaga has the industry sitting up straight and paying attention. Will things be different now that Wang won’t be heading up the storied fashion house? Only time will tell.

J.Crew
Over the past 8 years, we’ve watched J. Crew soar under the helm of Jenna Lyons. Now, with sales on the decline and Madewell’s Somsack Sikhounmuong coming on board as design lead, will there be a new direction? The NYFW presentation will offer a glimpse of how the brand plans to stay on top.

Misha Nonoo

What’s an “Insta-Show?” We’ll find out at Misha Nonoo. The buzzy designer (Emma Watson is a fan) will host a digital-only presentation at New York Fashion Week. As fashion and technology tighten their embrace, Nonoo just might be onto something.

Givenchy
Givenchy’s first show in New York is the hottest ticket in town – literally. Seats available to the public sold out faster than a fresh batch of Mansur Gavriel bucket bags. The lucky 1,200 in attendance are in for a treat: Ricardo Tisci will show couture looks as well as ready-to-wear. Plus, a celebrity-studded front row is basically guaranteed (oh hey, Katy Perry!).

Kanye West

With the start of fashion week just hours away, the whispers about another Kanye x Adidas presentation are getting louder. We can’t wait to see Kim, North and, most importantly, clothes that get people talking.
