It seems the Meghan Markle effect is no joke. Canadian luxury outerwear brand Sentaler has reportedly seen an increased demand in the UK – not surprising since it’s one of Markle’s favourite brands.

Markle, who is a fan of many a Canadian brand, most recently wore a camel coat by Sentaler to attend Christmas Day service with the Royal Family.

The brand crafts its wrap coats with signature ribbed sleeves from Alpaca sourced in the Peruvian Andes, and counts Kate Middleton and First Lady Sophie Grégoire Trudeau as fans. Following the growing interest in the UK thanks to the royal-to-be, the label is set to host a preview for their Fall 2018 collection during London Fashion Week later this month. The collection will be available for viewing by private appointment with the designer herself, Canadian Bojana Sentaler.

This is looking like a very good month for the designer, who has just been nominated for a CAFA award for Best Outerwear Brand.
