Don’t freak out, but, as part of the reimagined Toronto Fashion Week, it has been announced that legendary designer Jean Paul Gaultier will headline a panel discussion hosted by CNN Style’s Derek Blasberg. The fashion event is set to take place September 5-7 in Yorkville.

The designer is known for his groundbreaking work in both the fashion world and the music industry. As the genius behind Madonna’s iconic “cone bra,” his clothing has made quite the impact across the worlds of haute couture and pop culture.

Also on the lineup? An exclusive screening of Franca: Chaos and Creation, a glimpse into the life of the late editor in chief of Italian Vogue, attended by the director himself, Francesco Carrozzini.

Fashion lovers will have lots to take in during the three-day event, as Canada’s top designers – including Pink Tartan, UNTTLD and Lucian Matis – will show looks from their new seasons and also present pieces in a see-now, buy-now format.
