ELLE and RW&CO. team up to launch a capsule collection
Sponsored by RW&CO. Ready for some exciting news?
RW&CO. has partnered with ELLE to release a limited edition capsule collection on November 1st. I’m here to announce the collection, and to let you know that the line is composed of eight super pretty dresses guaranteed to complete your
Fall 2014 wardrobe. As you can imagine, this made my
dainty-loving heart flutter. Why? Because I
love dresses—they’re a
fashion piece every woman needs in her closet. I was invited by ELLE and the Canadian retailer to preview the collection last month, which meant having an exclusive sneak peek at the Montreal fashion shoot. (Exciting!) The best part? The dresses themselves, which are absolutely gorgeous! (I even got to browse the racks and choose some of my favourite dresses to take home, but more on that later.) For now, RW&CO. have released a moody black-and-white campaign (above) which shows one of the standout pieces in the collection: a crochet midi dress with a removable crop top. I can’t share images of the other dresses just yet (they’re top secret!), but I’ll have a sneak peak ready to show you soon. Check out a few snaps I took during the Montreal photo shoot below to hold you over.

I love this beauty look: nude lips, wet look hairstyle and smoky eye (made modern with bronze shadow), which was created by hair and makeup artist Geneviève Lenneville. (Heads up! You’ll need to know how to wear these
beauty trends in Fall 2014, so take note.) The ELLE by RW&CO. capsule collection offers Canadian women quality craftsmanship and contemporary luxury. The fabrics are ultra luxe and double layered to maintain their shape with silhouettes that flatter every body type: fit and flares, mod shifts, tailored sheaths and more. Bonus? The affordable price point. These dresses will retail for $149.90 to $169. With quality and prices like this, you can’t afford
not to invest in one of these gorgeous frocks. “We feel that there aren’t a lot of options in the Canadian retail market for dresses and we want to become a dress destination," explains Eve Miron, the fashion director and merchandise manager for RW&CO. "This partnership with ELLE is our first step in doing that." Here’s to an exciting new dress destination! I can’t wait to receive the dresses I selected and show them to you in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for more on the ELLE by RW&CO. collection right here—more photos, deets and news are on the way!
