Reach for a chunky knit with a reindeer pattern… It’s what Santa would want

I’m in glorious, snowy Whistler village right now for the Whistler Film Festival. It’s as great as it sounds. Not great, though? Trying to pack for a week that includes TV appearances, skiing, cocktail parties, unglamorous photo suite setup and running around, and you know, regular old work. The extra caveat? Some parties have dress codes like "Whistler chic."

Since I have no idea what that means in concrete terms, I decided to opt for playful apres-ski worthy items like this Tibi intarsia sweater (cheeky patterns were huge on the runway, so that automatically makes it chic, right?) paired with chunky necklaces and skinnies.

I won’t be the most dressed up person at any party, but I’m going to be the coziest and happiest!
