Film festival season is upon us, which means there’s going to be a lot of red carpet fashion to go around. And before the glamour takes over our own streets at the Toronto International Film Festival, we have the stunning European extravaganza that is the 2024 Venice Film Festival.

The Italian event is one of the oldest and most prestigious film festivals out there, so it consistently draws the biggest movies and stars, meaning that the red carpet premieres are an incredibly glitzy high-fashion event. And this year is no different, with films like Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, Joker: Folie à Deux, Luca Guadagnino’s Queer and Pablo Larraín’s opera biopic Maria all screening at the fest, meaning we’re likely to see A-Listers like Catherine O’Hara, Jenna Ortega, Lady Gaga and Angelina Jolie all make appearances.
