Canadian designers on their favourite summer cocktail
We’ve been toasting summer a lot lately – whether it’s loading up on our
summer essentials, planning our next
beach escape, or
creating festive summer drinks to celebrate the heat (and hard work at the office, of course). And naturally, we wanted to know how some of our favourite Canadian fashion designers enjoy summer, drink in hand. Here’s what they shared (recipe for a delicious, DIY champagne punch included). "Pimm’s Cup with lots of fruit and Ginger Ale. Or Champagne Punch." (See recipe below.) Champagne Punch In a pitcher filled halfway with ice, combine: 1 thinly sliced peach 1 cup raspberries 1 cup blueberries 3 tablespoons grenadine 3 tablespoons Cointreau 2 tablespoons Brandy 1 bottle of champagne
