The beautiful thing about Toronto’s style set (apart from the style) is that they also like to give back. For the second year in a row, swaths of the city’s fashionable elite–from Jeremy Laing at the turntable to designers Heidi Sopinka & Claudia Dey of Horses Atelier– headed to This is West Queen West S.O.S! clothing drive at Jonathan + Olivia last week. The event was held in support of CAMH’s Suits Me Fine Boutique program, which supplies office attire for patients to wear on job interviews. Guests ponied up their gently used office best (or a $20 donation) at the door, and sipped Peroni and mingled while Laing spun the musical backdrop.

Always the gracious hosts, Jackie O’Brien and Nic Jones of Jonathan + Olivia opened up their shop doors late into the night to raise awareness of CAMH and the Suits Me Fine Boutique, and for a good night out on Toronto’s West Queen West strip.
