New country, new
Kate? The Duchess of Cambridge stepped out in Australia in a brand-new-hue that’s equal parts sunshine, trendy…and tropical fruit (or at least Wills thinks so).
For her first appearance on the Australian leg of the royal tour Down Under, Kate wore a bright yellow Roksanda Ilincic. It’s a customised wool-crepe version of a dress from the designer’s spring 2014 collection (different colour-way, modified neckline and more tailored sleeves, if you’re interested). We loved the entire ensemble (including her trusty LK Bennet nude pumps), and thought the bright colour looked beyond gorgeous with
Kate’s dark hair. Wills, on the other hand, was less enthused – Kate apparently told a woman in the crowd that her husband thought she looked "like a banana". We’ll just ignore fashion advice from the man who’s worn the same suit for 31 years.
