Pipo is the famous Brazilian chef Felipe Bronze’s newest restaurant, named after the chef’s childhood nickname. This laid-back restaurant is great with family and friends. Several typical Carioca dishes have been reinvented with a modern twist, such as the Brazilian bean broth “caldinho de feijão”, topped with a kale froth. Pipo also has its own beer that comes in a light or strong version, which go well with dishes like “Cervantes” (a take on the famous Cervantes restaurant’s sandwich) and the “Camarão com Catipury”(sweet and sour shrimp covered with Catipury cheese served in a look-a-like porcelain cheese box). A cool gastronomic experience.

“This is famous chef Felipe Bronze’s gastrobar. I absolutely love the black beans soup with kale foam – a traditional Brazilian dish with a contemporary touch.”
