Prince William’s got a new job!

Wills has wrapped up his "transition year" (aka gap year number two), and is officially back to being a working stiff. (
Kate Middleton remains a lady of leisure).
You’ll recall that about a year ago, Willie W. left his job as a Coast Guard rescue pilot to spend a year doing more royal stuff (aka spending 12 months as Prince George’s opening act). Kensington Palace has now announced the Duke of Cambridge’s next step, which in career speak, is really a lateral move: he’s going back to be a helicopter pilot. Fun fact time! This job actually marks the first time a royal has signed an actual job contract. His salary will be approximately $60,000, which is definitely not enough to keep Kate in McQueen. (He’s actually donating his salary anyway. Must be nice having a rich grandma).
