Ruth B. is back with her first song of 2019!

The 23-year-old Edmonton-native and Juno-Award-winning singer-songwriter just released the beautiful ballad “Slow Fade,” about the difficult realization that some things just don’t work out, along with an accompanying music video.

Ruth’s career, of course, took off after her hit song, the charming and sure-to-get-stuck-in-your-head “Lost Boy,” went viral in 2015. Late last year, she released her first two tracks, “Rare” and “Crave,” since her 2017 debut album (Safe Haven, which she wrote and composed herself).

We can’t wait to see what the Canadian artist has in store for 2019, but in the meantime, we’ll be listening to her latest song a lot. Check out the video below!
