Chemical Brothers have promised “mind-bending” visuals when they perform at Wireless Festival on Saturday (02.07.11).

The dance duo will headline a line-up including James Holroyd, Chase & Status, The Streets, Chromeo, Kesha, Katy B and Janelle Monae on the second day of the music event in Hyde Park and Tom Rowlands has promised fans their set won’t disappoint.

He told The Sun newspaper: “There will be psychedelic, head exploding, twisted projections. It’s gone up a level.”

While promising a spectacular show for those who love their music, the pair are hoping to attract new fans at their upcoming show.

Tom added to Metro: “We always liked the idea of “owning” the first time people come in contact with our music. At a Chemical Brothers show, you’ll hear it the way we imagined it, with visuals that are as overwhelming as possible.

“It’s exciting that the music’s much bigger than us.”

Ed Simons admitted there’s an element of control to their performance saying: “I think the new show is the absolute zenith of what we’ve achieved. We like to be in control – there’s no room on the stage for anyone else.”
