Blur will perform with a 32-piece gospel choir at the BRIT Awards tonight (21.02.12).
The Britpop band – who will be honoured with an Outstanding Contribution award at the ceremony at London’s The O2 – have revealed plans for a special performance of their song ‘Tender’ at the show.

Meanwhile, despite four nominations, Ed Sheeran knows it is not a foregone conclusion that he will win any, and he’s just happy with how far he has come this year anyway.
He wrote on twitter: ”Awards or no awards, I’ve had a brilliant year, thank you too all family, friends, radio dj’s, media and every single fan who has supported!
”Let’s go get ’em. Good luck to everyone else nominated, it’s a fantastic time for British music at the moment (sic)”
