Nickelback will release their seventh studio album on November 21.

The group recorded ‘Here and Now’ – a follow-up to 2008’s ‘Dark Horse’ – in Mountain View Studios in Vancouver, Canada, where they also acted as producers.

In a statement released from the band via their Facebook page, they said: “The brand new Nickelback album, ‘Here and Now’, is heading your way November 21, 2011 also known as “NICKELBLACK MONDAY!” The first singles, “Bottoms Up” and “When We Stand Together” will ship to rock and pop radio respectively on September 26th, 2011. Stay tuned for even more big news and keep an ear open for the new music! (sic)”

Frontman Chad Kroeger said of the album: “We’re four people who love making music, the way we like to make it. We entered the studio this year with a vision, and it all came together. We’re extremely happy with the results, and can’t wait to share them with our fans.”

The group will preview the album with two singles, which are entitled ‘Bottom’s Up’ and ‘When We Stand Together’.

‘Bottom’s Up’ will come out on October 2, with ‘When We Stand Together’ following on November 6.

The Canadian rockers have recently hinted they will be undertaking an extensive world tour in 2012.
