Who knew a picture of an apple, a plate of Pop Tarts and a coffee cup could cause such a furor? 

In a cruel, taunting move the creators of the new Gilmore Girls released the rather cryptic image on their Instagram this morning, and in so doing, killed all productivity for at least 5 days. 

Almost instantly, the internet was abuzz with theories about what this all meansssss…the most vocal camp being ‘Team Pregnant’ who assert that it’s a heavy handed hint that Lorelei might be with child in the upcoming four part special. Others think it’s a trickstery flash back, others think it might mean Rory is the preggo, others that they’re both expecting, and a minority who think maybe it’s just an apple and some breakfast pastries. 

 

 

Pop-Tart appetizers to hold us over ’till the pizza comes. And one apple.
