Amazing news, Outlander fans: Claire and Jamie are sticking around. 

Our fave time-travel romantic drama was just renewed for two seasons, meaning seasons five and six are on their way…eventually. 

Star Caitriona Balfe celebrated the exciting news on her Instagram today, writing, “This series has been such a dream come true and to know that we will get to continue to tell the story of these characters that we love so much makes me so bloody happy.” 

 

 

So thrilled to announce that we have been picked up for not one but two more seasons. This series has been such a dream come true and to know that we will get to continue to tell the story of these characters that we love so much makes me so bloody happy. And while seasons five and six are still far off, Starz, Outlander‘s American network, confirmed the show would be returning to the U.S. in November for season four. 

But for now, we’ll have to do with these just-released photos from the show’s upcoming season, which is currently filming in Scotland.
