Plus a singing Bradley Cooper.
Lady Gaga is officially set to become a movie star.
The first trailer for A Star Is Born, a.k.a. Lady Gaga's big-screen debut, dropped today, and prepare for all the goosebumps. The singer-turned-actress stars opposite of Bradley Cooper as Ally, an up-and-coming musician who country star Jackson (Cooper) takes under his wing. Oh, and fyi: Cooper also directed the flick, marking his first time behind the camera.
This is the fourth iteration of A Star Is Born: Janet Gaynor and Frederic March starred in the 1937 original before it was remade in 1954 (starring Judy Garland and James Mason) and 1976 (with Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson).
A Star Is Born is set to hit theatres on October 5.
