When it comes to cocktails, fruity concoctions are always a crowd-pleaser. Web writer Ava Baccari and I spent an afternoon experimenting until we created this tequila based treat, which we’ve named the “Deck the Halls” cocktail. Warning: Contents in glass may be boozier than they taste!

You will need: -1 ounce of tequila (We love Avion Silver Tequila!) -1 ounce of vodka -orange and cranberry juice (to taste) -fresh limes -sugar
1. It’s a well-known fact that putting a sugar rim on any drink is guaranteed to make it look more delicious. We ran a lime slice over the rim of the glass, then dipped it in sugar for a frosty effect.
2.  Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, tequila, vodka, orange and cranberry juice. Squeeze in a fresh lime. Shake it well. 3. Strain into your sugar-rimmed glass and add a lime wheel. Enjoy!
