It’s a hot, humid mess outside, which means there’s still time for one last delicious summer cocktail. This week, we hung out with mixologist Dante Raphael Concepcion Jr, who created the Smirnoff Sorbet Pineapple Fizz for us. Tip: Use shaved ice for a slushy-inspired treat.
You will need: 1.5 oz Smirnoff Mango Passion Fruit Sorbet Light 1 oz Pineapple Juice .5 oz Simple Syrup .25 oz Lemon Juice Sparkling water

1. Combine all ingredients (except the sparkling water) in a cocktail shaker and strain over ice in a tall glass. 2. Top with sparkling water, and garnish with a twist of lemon. Enjoy!
