This long weekend, it’s all about relaxation–which is why we decided to find the least ingredient-intensive (and most refreshing!) cocktail imaginable. Enter the Disaronno Caipi, a fun take on Brazil’s national drink, the Caipirinha. Enjoy this one on the dock at your cottage, or make it for your girlfriends before a night on the town.

You will need: -1 bottle of Disaronno liqueur -1 lime, cut into 8 parts -1 teaspoon of icing sugar.

Muddle the sugar and lime wedges in a martini shaker until the sugar is dissolved. Add ice and a shot (or two!) of Disaronno. Shake well, and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lime slice and enjoy.
