The actor, who plays diner boss Luke (Lorelai’s boo and gatekeeper of java) is launching his own coffee brand. “Quality coffee is something that I am obsessed with,” he told Wealth Management. “It’s the thing I look forward to every morning and throughout the day and throughout the evening and now throughout the middle of the night.”

Sadly, the coffee will not be called Luke’s; Patterson has christened it Scotty P’s Big Mug Coffee. Launch date is tbd, but in any case, Lorelai will be thrilled.
