10 Ways to Cook Eggs
The egg is the most basic and universal food in the kitchen. Tortilla, frittata, shakshuka—every country has its own recipes and techniques for making the most of eggs.

Poached Eggs
Ah, poached eggs! For some, the ultimate perfection. For others, the ultimate difficulty. Indeed, on paper, cracking an egg in a vortex of boiling water doesn’t seem impossible in itself, yet it takes a bit of skill to get the shape just right. But whether the egg is perfect or slightly disheveled, it’s just as good!

Soft-boiled egg
Plunged into a bath of boiling water for six minutes, then shelled, the soft-boiled egg reveals a runny center and a heat-seared white.

Hard-Boiled Egg
To obtain a hard-boiled egg, simply cook it in the air fryer for 15 minutes from the time it comes back to the boil. Once cooked, plunge the egg into a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process and shell it without burning yourself. Serve hot or cold with your desired seasonings.

Creamy egg
Slightly less cooked than a hard-boiled egg, but more cooked than a soft-boiled egg, the creamy egg is that seductive in-between. Slipped into a sandwich, on avocado toast, or with this mustard sauce that is ultra-yummy!

Eggs Rémoulade
Eggs Rémoulade are the perfect solution for an easy starter that doesn’t break the budget and, above all, a dish that appeals to young and old alike. Turn hard-boiled eggs into an impressive snack for company by dressing them up with a spoonful of rémoulade—the classic sauce of mayonnaise, herbs, capers, cornichons, and “just enough” anchovies.

Fried egg
As easy as it is decadent, the fried egg is the easiest and most foolproof method of cooking to enjoy with a minimum of preparation. A non-stick frying pan, heated fat (oil, butter or margarine) and a whole egg are all you need for a successful fried egg.

Baked egg in avocado
Because avocado and egg are definitely two stars of breakfast, why not bring them together in a recipe? In just 13 to 15 minutes, it’s ready, and can be customized to taste.

Shakshuka
To make shakshuka, simply prepare a nice tomato and bell pepper compote, and add eggs at the end of cooking. Turn down the heat to a minimum, and leave on the stove for varying lengths of time, depending on the desired degree of doneness (more or less runny yolk). Of course, while the classic shakshuka recipe uses tomatoes and peppers, there are many variations with feta, chickpeas, spinach or chorizo.
Omelette
Preparing an omelette is always a good idea! Generous, gourmet and infinitely customizable, omelettes can be as imaginative as you like, and even the most reluctant of eaters can be reconciled to eggs. Beaten eggs and a greased frying pan – that’s all it takes to make a great omelette.

Frittata
The Italian frittata is a transalpine derivative of the unbattered omelette, or the Spanish tortilla. Filled with vegetables, cold cuts and seafood, it’s easy to prepare and customize.
