Black Swan? Almost as much fun as it is to drink it—that’s my guess after taste-testing the blackberry-and-ginger concoction at Saturday night’s
Vanity Fair, Belvedere and Fox Searchlight party. Darren Aronofsky, the director of
Black Swan, liked it so much that he requested the recipe! So did we, and we’re sharing it with you. In honour of tonight’s gala premiere of the hotly anticipated film, check out the official Black Swan cocktail recipe.
Ingredients 175 mL freshly pressed black cherry juice 1 ¼ cup blackberries 10 limes Extra fine white sugar Fresh ginger Water
