Celebrate summer's arrival with an exuberant cognac fizz.
Skip the ‘signature couples cocktail’ (just because they met at an aquarium, you do not deserve a blue drink) and instruct the (hopefully open) bar to make you this citrus-infused confection of gold-topped froth instead. This riff on a cognac fizz, served up at Vancouver’s Hawksworth restaurant, is the brainchild of barmen John Smollensky and Cooper Tardival. “It looks kind of like a shotgun or cannon of confetti hit the cocktail.” So make your toast with a bang!
