For $1.35 million dollars, you can be the next person to live in Meghan Markle’s former home—and TBH, in Toronto’s crazy real estate market that seems like a bargain for a piece of royal history.

The purple-painted home on Yarmouth Road (that’s in the Annex) has just been listed by the home’s owner, which is not actually Meghan herself, since she was just renting the place while sojourning in Toronto to film Suits. It’s got three bedrooms, two baths and copious amounts of good vibes, thanks to its role in our favourite love story of 2017, if not ever.

NB: This is not, however, the kitchen in which Harry famously proposed over roast chicken. That’s in his apartment at Kensington Palace and we doubt that’s going to be on the market anytime soon.
