There’s another Swedish royal baby on the way
Prince Alexander is going to be a big brother!
Who’s Prince Alexander? Well, he’s the first born son of Prince Carl and Princess Sofia, aka Sweden’s equivalent of Will and Kate.
The Swedish royals—who you’ll recall had a majorly glam wedding a few years back—announced the news on Instagram. The post was a little short on details “We are expecting a child” is essentially the gist of it, but they did share that Swedish Royal Baby #2 will arrive in September of this year.
Prince Alexander, born in April of 2016, is likely already g-chatting with Prince George about he survived the transition from only child to being eclipsed by a cuter, bossier sibling (hi Charlotte!).
