Of course Oprah gives the best baby gifts
"All you want in life is to hear that two men in a U-Haul truck are coming to your house because Oprah sent them."
It’s not exactly a huge surprise that Oprah — who is known for (among other things) her incredible generosity — gives awesome baby gifts, and Mindy Kaling just confirmed it.
Kaling, whose daughter Katherine was born in December, told USA Today all about “the most amazing gift” her A Wrinkle in Time co-star gave her.
As the story goes, Kaling’s assistant called her to let her know Winfrey would be sending her a gift—via two men in a U-Haul truck. “All you want in life is to hear that two men in a U-Haul truck are coming to your house because Oprah sent them,” Kaling said.
The gift? A hand-carved bookcase with 100 of the most essential classic children’s books. “And I held my baby up to it and I said, ‘Did you see what Miss Winfrey did for you?’”
So. Jealous.
