It’s official: Katharine McPhee and David Foster have tied the knot!

According to multiple reports, the 35-year-old singer-actress and the 69-year-old Canadian music producer were married today in London.

McPhee actually revealed earlier that the ceremony was being held today in a loving Insta post. “Exactly 13 years ago today my very first single, ‘Somewhere Over The Rainbow,’ was released right after Idol,” she wrote. “Today… I’m marrying the man who produced it. Life is full of beautiful coincidences, isn’t it? Thank you for taking me over the rainbow, David.”

People reports that Zac Posen designed the American Idol alumna’s gown. The outlet adds that about 150 people attended the fête, including Posen and Foster’s daughters, Erin and Sara Foster.

The happy first couple met back in 2006 when McPhee was on Idol (Foster was a mentor for an episode that season) and originally sparked dating rumours in 2017. They got engaged while vacationing in Italy last year.

This is the second marriage for McPhee, who was previously married to Nick Cokas for six years, and fifth for Foster, who was most recently married to Hadid matriarch Yolanda.
